Executive Summary
General Superintendent with 15+ years orchestrating complex, multi-discipline infrastructure projects in the US as well as abroad. Proven track record across DoD/federal, utilities, industrial, and data center adjacent programs; delivering critical cutovers in live environments without operational disruption. Trusted as senior leadership's right hand for scope management, schedule recovery, vendor coordination, and change control on $20M+ scopes. Experienced in managing craft employees and subcontractors while maintaining zero-incident safety records.
Core Competencies
Technical Platforms (Coordination Level)
Professional Experience
- Built commissioning training program that cut new technician ramp time from 8 weeks to 2 weeks through hands-on bootcamp followed by digital course development
- Designed an enterprise training architecture (content, workflows, offline document ingestion/processing & control, analytics; RBAC/RLS), including persistent, time-lined document control, project-level RAG, and JIT-training for electricians, techs, field leaders, managers, and engineers.
- Designed offline project management tools for document control, field packages, and knowledge transfer that improve team efficiency without cloud dependencies
- Orchestrated BAS/controls upgrades across 200+ secure and occupied buildings. Retrofits and rip-and-replace (supervisory panels, telecom backhaul, Chiller/Boiler/instrumentation) with zero unplanned operational impact.
- Owned plant-critical cutovers with no room for failure: temp-MCC staging, installed new MCC sections, ATS, and UPS for mixing/UV/head-end systems; executed tight cutovers with 0 unplanned service disruptions to base water supply.
- Oversee new comms backbone: deployed new control racks, fiber backbones, SEL RTAC interfaces, etc; tied remote well sites and PV sites into self-healing rings.
- Managed 30+ electricians and 6 concurrent subcontractors through complex modernization scope. Conducted BOD/customer sell-off walks; owned turnover/O&M packages and post-commissioning handover site-wide.
- Protected schedule and margin through scope churn: consolidated 50+ internal change orders that almost doubled contract value on one of 4 projects in the program; change caused ~6 months of additional deliverables; performed late-phase field engineering to meet the window.
- Restored FAA compliance for obstruction lighting/comms on mission-critical launch infrastructure. Executed 6 total mobilizations for specialized access operations at 586ft+ elevations; zero incidents.
- Built and led a diverse, cross-functional execution team for this project specifically. Certified all members (including self) in High-Angle Technical Rescue.
- Reduced repair time and tower exposure time by authoring a field troubleshooting companion for diagnostics outside of business operating hours (no ability to speak to OEM support), and pre-positioning spares.
- Germany (Multiple Secure Sites): Coordinated secure utilities/SCADA/instrumentation modernization across multiple sites while maintaining several U.S. programs/projects; managed permits, logistics, and vendor/sub integration under EU/German standards.
- Stood up a local-vendor lodging/logistics model to circumvent ODC constraints; contributed to $50k+ savings on Germany program. Model has since been replicated across multiple programs, generating $250k+ total savings enterprise-wide.
- Rebuilt the entire electrical infra in an occupied, high-security facility: new switchgear, ATS, UPS, and life-safety/emergency/normal distribution; floor-by-floor remodels (5 floors), including new electrical rooms across every floor.
- Managed heavy-lift logistics under tight windows: 3 major crane mobilizations on Poydras Ave; switchgear, generator, and structural-steel picks.
- Planned and executed cutovers: load tracing/verification, LOTO/test plans for critical circuits (incl. federal-officer stations); coordinated AHJ inspections and security protocols.
Led I&E projects with electrical scopes up to $20M+; managed 10–70 craft across petrochemical, oil & gas, manufacturing, refineries, and comms infrastructure.
- Cameron LNG (Louisiana) - Night Shift Superintendent on Kiewit contract for powerhouse construction, medium voltage systems, battery/UPS installations
- Chevron (New Mexico) - Multi-site Superintendent managing 30+ projects across several counties
- Irving Tissue - night-shift commissioning & power cutovers: executing single-night cutover of 11 MCC banks (286 sections) with 42-person crew, zero incidents. Earned written commendation from the owner.
Early career: Chemical facilities (BASF), offshore platforms (Bigfoot), refineries (Dow), Eagle Ford Shale multi-site operations, manufacturing plants (Celanese)
